SystemC Tracing Utility and Example Updated

The SystemC Tracing
utility and the Packet Switch Example have been
re-released to align with the standardized
installation locations for Logic Poet’s SystemC
Installer for MacOS.
No functionality has changed, so if you are using these already there is no need to update at this time.
The utility installation is now done via an installer and installs the utility in the /Library/SystemC directory for better consistency with the SystemC installation. Also the source code for the utility itself and the paket switch example have been updated so that their Xcode build settings are consistent with the default installation locations.
